Free inital consultation for new customers up to 10 mins. Some jobs may be bid with project rates or profit shares rather then hourly rate at Photon's discretion. These rates are only ment as guidelines and are subject to change. Fees are payable via PayPal $USD transations or in-world $L transations.
If you have a great idea but cant afford to order it custom I am happy to take suguestions and if i use your ideas you will recieve the product for free.
